1. Professional Wellness Environment

Wellness Herbal Spa is a licensed, professional wellness establishment.
All services are strictly non-sexual and focused on relaxation and overall well-being.

Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or violations of this policy will result in:

• Immediate termination of the session

• Refusal of future service

• Additional action if necessary

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.

2. Client Conduct Expectations

To maintain a respectful and comfortable environment, all clients are expected to:

• Treat therapists and staff with respect

• Use appropriate and professional language

• Follow all draping guidelines

• Respect personal and professional boundaries

• Refrain from any non-professional physical contact

• Arrive free of drugs or alcohol

• Follow all spa policies and therapist instructions

Failure to follow these expectations will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

3. Therapist Rights & Safety

Our therapists have the right to:

• End any session if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe

• Enforce proper draping and professional standards

• Decline any inappropriate or non-standard requests

• Request management assistance when needed

• Refuse service to anyone violating spa policies

The safety and well-being of our staff is a top priority.

4. Service Scope & Boundaries

Wellness Herbal Spa provides relaxation and wellness-focused services only.

We do not provide:

• Medical treatments or diagnoses

• Chiropractic or physical therapy services

• Any unlawful or inappropriate services

All services are provided in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

5. Appointment Etiquette

Clients are asked to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

• Communicate comfort preferences respectfully

• Inform staff of any sensitivities or concerns

• Maintain personal hygiene

• Respect the quiet and relaxing environment

6. Right to Refuse Service

Wellness Herbal Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who:

• Engages in inappropriate behavior

• Violates spa policies or boundaries

• Appears intoxicated or disruptive

• Creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment

This policy is enforced at management discretion.

7. Compliance & Standards

Wellness Herbal Spa operates in compliance with Florida laws and maintains high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer care.
